Norwegians in exile: servicemen training (sailors, commandos and airmen); an army camp's Christmas celebrations; Haakon broadcasts to his people. A staged sequence (radio, clandestine newssheets etc) reminds audience of resistance activities in Norway; Haakon launches a ship named after him.
