Wider shot shows women working on the engines. Working on the tail plane (serial 42-73191). Further shots women at work on various parts. High shot over a line of parked B-24s. A troopship with servicewomen on board. A placard reads 'Welcome Wacs'. Women disembarking in Australia; they wear steel helmets, greatcoats and packs. Part 2: 'Workers build 5,000th Boeing Fort since war'; at a factory in Seattle civilian men and women signing parts of the aircraft. Pan of the aircraft showing it covered in signatures.
