Summary: Repair of the railway in the Western Desert.
Description: Wrecked trucks and twisted rails on the railway devastated by the Germans. Royal Engineers advancing along the tracks searching for mines. They find one beneath the rails and lift it out. A point switch damaged by a mine is repaired. New rails and sleepers are laid. The first train carrying supplies comes along the track. The supply train reaches the railhead at Mersa Matruh and the supplies are unloaded onto a Royal Army Service Corps convoy.
