Summary: Activity in Benghazi, Libya during the North African campaign.
Description: Debris left by the Germans on an Axis airfield, fuselages and engines. Two minesweepers entering Benghazi harbour on the night of 25 November. They are followed by cargo carrying supplies. Petrol is unloaded from the ships and taken to shore in barges. Men from the Royal Army Service Corps wait to take the petrol away. Overhead a Wellington aircraft on minesweeping duty flies across the harbour.
