Description: 19 to 22 February. Shot of the name over a garage. Carriers come out of the garage. Carriers lined up on the heath. The carrier commander jumps up on a carrier. On a command, the rest of the crew jump on. The front carrier commander raises a flag. The commanders give the signal and the carriers start off. Captain Medes of the 2nd Hertfordshire Regiment instructs a group of men on the heath. Men rush from their billets through the trees to line up on the road. Men in a lorry leaving the parade ground. A board reading "Battle School". A bugler calls men to parade. A smoking chimney. Clothes drying on trees. A soldier wringing out a wet shirt and hanging it up to dry. Another soldier does the same. Infantrymen jumping out of trucks in a lane at the start of an exercise. A section running in a field. A Tommy gunner waiting behind a bush. A rifleman getting into position in a wood. The second mortar team in position and taking aim. Riflemen firing. Men charging with bayonets at the camera. Feet jumping onto a step and into a truck. Tracking shots of carriers coming along a road, the driver of a carrier, the commander, the despatch rider, the front wheel of the motorcycle and the driver of the carrier from behind.
