Summary: An aircraft recognition study.
Description: Mosquito NT181 is first seen on the ground and is studied from various angles. In close up the tail section is shown, followed by the nose and engines, head on shots and the mid fuselage. After a general profile, the machine is shown from the rear which shows up the camouflage pattern and demarcation spray lines to advantage. An airman lines up an aircraft approaching from the rear for the benefit of the cameraman who follows it as it passes very low. There are some very good shots of the machine flying low and banking, landing, taxiing and taking off again. There are excellent air to air studies including shots with one engine feathered and started in flight. Good slow rolls and mock attacks on the camera aircraft complete the reel.
