Description: A Liberator bomber arrives at the airfield. Close up of the nose of the plane swinging around towards the camera. General Alexander emerges from the rear of the plane. Sir James Grigg, accompanied by an RAF officer, leaves the plane. A York plane flies into the field. George VI steps out and salutes an RAF officer. The King walks over to Sir Archibald Sinclair and Lieutenant-General Anderson. The three men face the Guard of Honour. The King returns the salute.
