Summary: Activities of the Welsh Guards in Bosnia.
Description: Land Rover pulls up on rural patrol: members of the Welsh Guards get out and walk across country, past ruined buildings. In nearby village, they hand out copies of "The Mostovian" magazine to local people, assisted by interpreter. Main gate of 7 Platoon UKBG (United Kingdom Battle Group): Land Rover drives out, another drives in. Interviews with members of the Welsh Guards: Corporal Giles Cross, Lance Corporal Robert Mitchell and Guardsman Damian Williams. (Topics discussed include living conditions, the Bosnia situation, urban and rural patrols, the Mostovian Magazine and Operation Harvest, the gathering of illegal weapons.) Staged sequence showing a sniper rifle collected during Operation Harvest. Final sequence shows nine soldiers rafting on a river in a large inflatable boat labelled UNA KIRO RAFTING BIHAC.
