Description: (Reel 1) St. Pancras station (sign saying this is not King's Cross) and many pairs of commuter's feet. A woman arrives home from the munitions factory and cannot go dancing with her flatmate as her feet are sore (she speaks directly to camera). So her flatmate goes without her and we see her having a great time. Diagrams of different problems caused by fashionable shoes eg. flat feet, deformed toes. Children dancing barefoot in the garden. (Reel 2) Diagrams of incorrect foot posture and discussion of consequences eg. depression, general ill health. Foot aids explained eg. metal inserts for shoes.
