Description: Blacksmith (Sapper Simon Parkinson, seen on previous tape) works on metal tooth, which is then fitted to a sand-plough. In new accommodation building, Sapper Kevin Godbeer (carpenter) carries panelling and fixes panels to the walls; shots of hammering and sawing. Lance Corporal Paul Harker opens door of generator and carries out maintenance. Driver of 14-tonne lorry Sapper Barrie Robson is interviewed in the cab; he then drives over to the cookhouse where he has an informal conversation with the cook, Lance Corporal Phil Ehlke-West. They eat food; Lance Corporal Ehlke-West attends to No 1 burner. Office sequence follows with Lance Corporal Steve Priday (one of the machine gunners seen in previous tape) sitting at desk with laptop computer as Company Sergeant Major comes for mail. Tape concludes with interviews with Lance Corporal Priday (two takes), Lance Corporal Ehlke-West and Lance Corporal Paul Harker (two takes, with cut-in for interview with Priday) and Sapper Peter "Barrie" Robson (seen above in his lorry).
