Amateur boxer Lance Corporal Sean Gallagher (the 1988 BAOR and UKLF Light Welterweight Champion), practices personal fitness training prior to being interviewed. Private 'Mac' McDonald, Private 'Azza' Anderson and Corporal Mel Downes are interviewed as a group; at the end of the tape, the final interviewee Major John Rochelle, Commander of C Company, gives commentary over shots of live firing (FIBUA exercise).
