Description: BV 206 lectures for members of AMF(L), continued from previous tape: winch operation. Cutaways of soldiers from the CSS Battalion who were interviewees on previous tape skiing (including behind BV206). Ice breaking sequence: a hole is made in the ice and the soldiers are made to jump in, take off their bergens, swim across the hole, take off their skis, haul themselves out with their ski sticks, sprint along the ice and get change. The hole in the ice is re-cut. Interviews with Lance Corporal Barnard, Supply Controller for the CSS Battalion, and Lance Corporal Steven Campbell, army driver; the interviewees are shown carrying out their ice-breaking drill.
