Summary: Mr and Mrs Churchill arrive by river at Tower Pier with an escort of police boats and inspect air raid damage. Churchill speaks to a young naval officer. They land at North Woolwich and inspect the damage at King George V Dock and Royal Albert Dock, accompanied by Rear-Admiral C C Boyle VC, Major General Ismay and Lieutenant-Colonel Jacob.
