Summary: Unedited film of Air Marshal Sir Anthony Skingsley (Commander-in-Chief, RAF Germany, 1987-1989) receiving an honour guard at Rheindahlen as he leaves his post. He is accompanied by his wife and General Sir Brian Kenny (Commander-in-Chief of the British Army of the Rhine). He is then driven from the headquarters, led by an RAF marching band. He takes the salute of an honour guard of the RAF Regiment in an aircraft hangar and inspects the troops and then leaves by plane. A plane arrives and the new Commander-in-Chief, Air Marshal Roger Palin arrives to receive an honour guard.
