Description: Patrol by Royal Marines led by Captain Andy Goldsmith, head of CIMIC (Civil-Military Cooperation) in Sangin, with the Afghan National Police, visiting CIMIC projects including the location for a possible ferry. He discusses a bridge project (direct to camera) before visiting the bridge itself. (The current, temporary bridge is narrow and has no guard rails - local man crosses on a scooter; goats are also herded across.) Local watermill is visited. Discussions with local doctor about health issues, and with pharmacist at the street bazaar in Sangin. (Camera focuses on a suspected Taliban member who is "dicking" - keeping lookout; there had been warnings of possible indirect fire attacks from the Taliban during the patrol.)
