Summary: Brigade Reconnaissance Force (BRF) of 3 Commando Brigade Royal Marines on operations in the desert in Helmand Province, driving their Jackal Patrol Vehicles.
Description: Extreme long shots of a group of distant Jackals driving across desert, throwing up dust in their wake. They slowly drive towards the camera position and around it towards nearby hills. Some of the Jackals are up-armoured. Bringing up the rear are a couple of Afghan National Army (ANA) pick-up trucks, one of which has trouble negotiating the rough ground. The Jackals park nearby, after which the camera focuses on a large CLP (Combat Logistics Patrol, a vehicle convoy carrying supplies) driving in the distance towards the camera; Lynx helicopters fly the CLP route in advance. Camels can also be seen in the desert. The patrol (comprising a large number of vehicles) drives slowly towards the camera.
