- Title: OPERATION AGRICOLA IV, KOSOVO, 2000-2001 (TAPE 9) [Allocated Title]
- Film Number: BFM 390
- Other titles: COLLECTION OF ROYAL MARINES TAPES [Allocated Title]
- Summary: The Royal Marines in Kosovo.
- Description: At Paveway Lines (?), a mobile crane operated by a Royal Marine lifts an ISO container. Marines unload black bags from the ISO container and open them, revealing a selection of rifles (mainly AK-47s); these are laid out and checked, and their serial numbers are recorded. One has UCK (Ushtria Çlirimtare e Kosovës, the Kosovo Liberation Army) painted on its stock. Another is inscribed "SYLEJMAN JASHARI V-L-23-1-1980 PRAPASHTICA". (Possibly a memorial inscription: a soldier of this name from the Kosovo Liberation Army, born in 1980 and from the village of Prapashtica, had been killed by Serb forces during the Kosovo conflict.) Views from the rear of a moving vehicle in the countryside outside Pristina. As the vehicle approaches the town, camera is aimed forward: a road sign is visible saying "Prishtinë Pristina": the spelling "Pristina" has been partially obscured by blue spray paint, probably by Albanians ("Pristina" is the transliteration of the Serbian spelling of the name). In a workshop, a Royal Marine renders captured weapons (as seen above) unusable. ISO containers are moved by train to a railhead where they are removed using forklift trucks.
