He shows various aspects of the production including the steeping of fruit to produce pomace and the filtering of the raki which passes over a boiler and is finally decanted into a large drum. On another farm, the farmer replacing a window in his house; steps are also rebuilt. Brief scenes of Serbian road workers in Gračanica. Official UNMIK buildings in Pristina: United Nations headquarters, building flying the UNICEF flag, and the British DFID (Department for International Development) office. Preparation of two Phoenix UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) of 32nd Regiment Royal Artillery, ZJ417 and ZJ335, on their launch vehicles in the Kosovo countryside. Senior officer watches the proceeding as one of the two Phoenixes is launched and flies away into the distance.
