The complex, inhabited by the largest concentration of ethnic Serbians still in Pristina, was under 24-hour guard by the Royal Marines.
- Description: Night scenes at the apartment complex. Marines and local police keep watch. Doctor Kouchner and his entourage arrive at the flats, accompanied by press and television. He visits the flats and gives a statement to the press; a female colleague also gives a statement (both in English). He leaves in his car. Lieutenant Colonel Garry Robison, CO of 45 Commando, also speaks to the press (noting that the Marines on guard had been on the opposite side of the building to where the missile had hit).
