Description: Royal Marine drives one of the buses. Interview with the Reverend Neil Galbraith, Church of Scotland, the founder of the charity, which was set up to help people, especially children, "no questions asked". Group interview with four charity workers: Winnie Gallagher, Walter Barnes, Dave Cairns and Tom Crowley about the charity project. Buses drive off.
In Pristina, various charity vehicles pull up (including a coach marked "Freddy' First's Kinder Bus" and a medical estate car; they are guarded by Royal Marines. The double-decker play bus visits a rehabilitation centre and parks up outside; women and children gather around a charity worker wearing a papier mache head. Peopl eboard the bus; children later alight, chewing sweets. Marine Scott Shackleton, also a member of the Church of Scotland, talks about his involvement with the charity.
