Cut to Tiger where various of the negotiators are gathered on the quarterdeck - Sir Humphrey Gibbs, Governor of Rhodesia, and Sir Hugh Beadle, Rhodesia's Chief Justice, talk with Naval officers, including Rear-Admiral Michael Pollock, 2-in-C Home Fleet, Captain Kirkby of the Tiger, and Captain Clayton of DN Plans. The group moves off. CU of a Lieutenant-Commander taking a compass bearing. A Wessex lifts off two of the negotiating team. Aerial MLS off the port bow of Tiger, the camera aircraft circling across her bows and down the starboard side - Fife in the background. Cut back to the quarterdeck of Tiger - Ian Smith and Prime Minister Wilson are present with their aides, one of whom holds a file labelled 'Confidential' which attracts the cameraman's attention. Naval photographer takes pictures of Wilson. Smith is shown round the ship. CU of a tiger head under glass - the ship's emblem. Smith and his team leave the ship at night - they are taken off by a launch. Wilson addresses the crew, gathered on the quarterdeck - the ship is alongside at Gibraltar.
