Description: Tractor with blade on the beach at Instow: winch cable at rear is extended. The tractor drives into the River Taw and the cable is attached (by a frogman) onto a stranded tank in shallow water. The tractor is later shown reversing onto a Royal Army Service Corps landing ship HMAV Aachen (L4062), then driving off, and back on again. (There is very little clearance between the tractor blade and the LST's doors.) Exterior shots of HMAV Aachen with another tractor trying to drive on board.
