Description: "30-4-66 Trial Barry Budden Run I". Class 30 trackway is laid on the beach from a Bedford truck. LCM(9) landing craft come ashore asnd soldiers storm the beach. Further trackway is unrolled from Bedford with the aid of a large fork lift tractor. Landing craft (marked F6 and F7) come ashore; fork lift tractor disembarks and drives off carrying another roll of trackway, which is laid from a bobbin.
"Run III". Trackway Bobbins and sheets of matting are prepared on the beach. Landing caft F2 disembarks more vehicles. Army DUKWs in background. More Class 30 is laid. Landing craft F3 arrives: Land Rovers drive a shore over the trackway.
"Run VI". Several landing craft come ashore: F3 (L702), F4 (L703) and F1 (L700). Tents erected on sand dunes.
"Run VI". Supplies are flown in by Wessex helicopter. F1 is seen.
"Run VII". F3 and F7 on beach; various vehicles including tracklayer.
