Interview with Captain Henry Bursden of D Squadron the Queen's Royal Lancers, role being to mentor and train customs in southern Iraq, and also the mentoring of the Umm Qasr Port Authority. He talks about the setting up of the Quick Reaction Force, part of the Port Authority's Security Division. He also discusses the reason for the covering of their faces (to deter identification, because most of the criminals are local people).
