Description: British and Iraqi delegates (all in army fatigues) gather around portacabins. Officers (including Major General Dutton) talk, through interpreters, with Iraqi counterparts. Soldiers pose for informal photographs. Delegates enter. Major General Dutton gives an opening address and welcomes all the senior officers of 10 Division (Iraqi Army). General Abdul Latif Thuban, commander of 10 Division Iraqi Army, also gives an address. Exterior shots. The various officers gather on benches in a large formation.
