Iraqi naval officers take the salute. 00:04:00 As music plays, the officers advance along red carpet (some shaky hand-held camerawork; other cameramen can be seen running to position). Marines stand to attention as speech by Iraqi naval officer is delivered. 00:12:38 Second speech by Iraqi naval officer. Marines stand to attention at command and march past the VIP area, taking the salute.
