00:00:28 In village outside Shaibah, soldiers talk with local people, warning them not to go onto the ammunition site because of the potential dangers. Interpreter holds up a poster showing some of the items to beware of. Children cluster round in large numbers; local men talk to them. The children form a queue and are given bottles of water.
00:06:31 British soldiers prepare for checks. They inspect a local man's car which contains some remnants of ordnance, and talk with local men. Norwegian patrol drives past. Liaison with a local man who is carrying old ordnance in the back of donkey carts to sell as scrap metal. The potentially dangerous ordnance is inspected by the soldiers: "pretty dodgy", says one. Various items are laid on the ground and inspected.
