Summary: Members of 1st Battalion the Black Watch at Camp Dogwood take part in Operation Tobruk, a counter-insurgency operation targeting an Iraqi village known to be a hiding place for insurgents and people loyal to Saddam. In a tent, soldiers receive orders prior to the operation, introduced by Lieutenant Colonel James Cowan; this is followed by an outside briefing using a large map on the ground. Image intensifier shots at night showing battlegroup assembly area; houses are broken into, searched and suspects arrested; firecrackers are let off to disorientate the houses' occupants.
