Summary: A rowing competition between 63 Squadron (Queen's Colour Squadron) RAF Regiment and a team of Army PTIs (physical training instructors. There are two contests, fours and eights, and the race is actually on rowing machines rather than in boats (due to the fact that this is taking place at Allenby Lines, Basra Air Station.)
Description: Briefing for eights event before coverage of the race (which is outside on Allenby Lines). Interviews with members of 63 Squadron: Sergeant Simon Ricklesford, Senior Aircraftman Hushan Ali Khan and Flight Lieutenant Duncan Macgregor (second-in-command). Crowd cheers; Sergeant Ricklesford collects the prize for the eights event, won (like the earlier fours event) by 63 (QCS) Squadron.
