Summary: Scenes from Operation Maturin, an earthquake disaster relief operation in Pakistan. Chinook helicopters of RAF 27 Squadron take off from a forward base at Muzzaffarabad with underslung loads bound for the relief areas in the mountains of Pakistani Kashmir.
Description: Ground shots: Chinook hovers into position overhead, and the loads are secured into place underneath the helicopter. Three large loads are taken up by the helicopter. Scenes taken from some distance away show a second helicopter lifting a tripl e load as lorries move around in the background. (No sound for the first part of this sequence.)
