Description: Bulldog armoured vehicle on the streets of Az Zubayr; general views.
Interior of administrative building at the academy (which includes accommodation); the building is in very poor condition (camera focuses on the bad lighting). Iraqi officer liaises with the British officers (in English) highlighting the problems. Other rooms are shown, with emphasis on their dereliction and lack of facilities. "Really bad conditions", he says. Office of the army second-in-command, also in very poor condition. Showers and toilets. Colonel's office is in similar condition. Further shots of toilet facilities and bedrooms, with attention given to the terrible wiring.
Exterior shots of the camp, showing vehicle camp and various buildings. Interior of the accommodation block, which is in equally poor condition. Many of the rooms are empty; bathroom and shower facilities are worse that in the administration block.
The tour continues, highlighting further inadequate facilities, both external and internal - some of the rooms and buildings are basically uninhabitable. Sign "B (Suffolk) Company Royal Anglians - The Vikings" indicates the time that the British Army was based there (Camp Chindit was the first camp to have been handed back to Iraqi control, three years previously).
