Description: (Reel 1) (Roll 32, 2/3/1945) Air to air shots of a single Spitfire firing its cannon. Shots of the airfield as the camera aircraft flies over and lands. Staged close-up shot of pilot's hands using Spitfire controls and pressing firing button.
(Reel 2) (Roll 33, 34 or 35? - no slate) Air to air shots of six BAF Spitfires in flight (including the one appearing in reel 1). (Roll 36, 5/3/1945) Air to air shots of several Spitfires (markings differ from those in previous roll) and Airacobras in flight. On the ground, a Spitfire taxies past for take off.
(Reel 3) (Roll 39, 8/3/1945) Shot of ground crewman with signal lamp. Spitfires taxi past and take off. Airacobras taxi past.
(Reel 4) (Roll 40, 8/3/1945) Bell Airacobras of the BAF (Balkan Air Force) are seen taxiing past (in close up) across Sommerfeld tracking and then taking off. Three Airacobras make a number of passes over the airfield. Other aircraft (a Handley Page Harvard and a Hawker Hurricane) are briefly glimpsed parked in the background.
