Summary: Army recruiting advertisement.
Description: Strategic command forces exercise - Hercules of RAF Air Supply Command lands in Germany and disembarks Land Rovers and Ferret Mk II and Saladin armoured cars of the 27th Brigade with attached troops from the Royal Corps of Signals. The small column (including a Ferret Mk II of the Parachute Regiment) travels along forest roads and cross-country to an arranged dropping zone. Markers are laid out, and a soldier of the Wessex Brigade measures ground wind speed. Signals men establish contact with an approaching Argosy, and the supply drop is successfully completed. The narrator emphasises the high degree of training involved in such an operation. "These men rely on each other's professional skill to complete the job successfully."
