Summary: Film on the RAF College Cranwell, discussing entry routes, giving a brief overview of the College's history and taking a look at the first three months of officer training, during which officer cadets of all specialisations follow the same course of drill, leadership training and physical fitness. The film goes on to look at specialist training for pilots, engineers, supply officers and secretarial officers. Trainee pilots learn to fly increasingly difficult manoeuvres in the Jet Provost aircraft, engineers learn about jet engines and aircraft servicing in specialist facilities and practical settings and supply and secretarial trainees learn RAF procedures relating to law, administration, logistics and personnel management, including time in the secretarial simulator.
