Summary: Film on the RAF College Cranwell, discussing entry routes, giving a brief overview of the College's history and taking a look at the first three months of officer training, during which officer cadets of all specialisations follow the same course of drill, leadership training and physical fitness. The film goes on to look at specialist training for pilots, engineers, supply officers and secretarial officers.
