Swastika flags now adorn Brandenburg Gate; camera tilts down Victory Column (commemorating 1871) at the Grosser Stern. Parade Staff HQ is now based in bus with telephonic communications. Musical instruments receive final polish before start of ceremony. (Reel 2) Hitler's motorcade sets off and military music fades into German national anthem as car passes beneath Brandenburg Gate and crowds heil and shout; car halts at review stand, where President Tiso of Slovakia is visible in front row of VIPs. Service chiefs Goering, Raeder and Brauchitsch, with Keitel behind, stand behind Hitler on podium.
