Description: Reel begins with newspaper headlines telling of Speer's replacement of Todt. There are then shots of Hitler and Speer together, possibly at Berchtesgaden. Then there follow sequences through 1942 and spring of 1943 in which Speer inspects various weapons with Hitler and other generals, including Goering, Keitel, Guderian and possibly Bormann. The weapons include coastal defences, a very large track-gun, Tiger tanks (one of which drives through a house), Panther tanks (one of which Speer drives), a rocket firing device and a visit to a U-boat. Speer frequently wears 'Operation Todt' construction campaign armbands.
