Description: A brief sequence shows a Ju 88 being bombed up (with a single bomb). Prior to taxiing out, the observer switches on the control equipment, consults his Met. report and sets the predicted barometric pressure at the target area and the altitude of the target. The aircraft is cleared for take-off (ground crew signals with flags) and it taxies out and takes off (with close-ups of throttles, wheel etc.). On approaching the target, the pilot unfolds the sight, adjusts the brightness of the display, switches on and adjusts his seat to enable him to view the target directly through it. The observer adjusts the air speed control, sets the Reihenabwurfautomat (which releases the bombs sequentially) and arms the bombs. The pilot prepares for diving by adjusting the airscrew pitch, opening the engine cooling flaps and adjusting the trim, and then throttles back. The aircraft dives, the bomb is released and hits the target (poorly faked). After pulling out the aircraft is returned to normal flying and the sight folded away and switched off. The aircraft lands.
