Description: The film opens with shots of a Molch one man submarine manoeuvring and diving. A Marder or Neger type human torpedo is attached to a torpedo on the quayside. A man climbs into the cockpit and the vessel is lifted by a crane. A torpedo is attached to a Molch on the quayside. A Molch is seen on its transporter, with a second one in the background. The second torpedo is attached. The Molch is seen manoeuvring about in the harbour, and also being lowered into the water by crane. A group of Hecht midget submarines are seen tied up in the water. A Hecht is seen on a crane and on a cradle on the shore with a number of people around it. Eight or more Linse explosive speedboats are shown tied up by the shore, most covered by tarpaulins. One Linse is motored slowly past (apparently being steered by an oar). A close-up shows the engine. Various shots show the Linse being driven about at speed.
