Various shots of the parade in very poor light due to monsoon conditions. The flag of the Rangoon Port Commissioner is presented to Mountbatten and hoisted. Sailors and marines leaving the parade ground. Various bodies of troops marching along Pagoda Road in Rangoon, interspersed with crowd shots.
