Summary: British Infantry marching down through a village, probably 1915.
Description: The film is one sustained shot. The men are in marching order and led by their bands, but the march is not a parade. The sloping road they march down is unmetalled, and there are advertisements for theatre-shows on the walls. A crowd of civilians watches, and some join in to march alongside, but there is no cheering. Probably a New Army division marching to its port of embarkation before leaving Britain. The men are near the end of their march and some are obviously tired.
