Summary: Dramatised vignette praising the vigilance of ARP wardens. Warning: dialogue contains a racial slur.
Description: A soldier, with only an hour to spare before leaving, meets his girlfriend before he goes. Their clinches, in a variety of secluded places, are constantly interrupted by ARP Patrols. (Small sections of actuality footage inserted into studio scenes.) Initially annoyed by this, he realises as he sees his girl to her doorstep that he is grateful to the ARP for saving lives and for their vigilance. Final shot of warden passing a notice - "CARRY ON ARP WORKERS!".
