Description: Film of the CAEV sign, the patient being carried from ambulance to Handley Page Sparrow (transport) plane, the patient arriving by ambulance at an RAF Hospital (Casualty Reception). The Sparrow is seen flying, over a group of Spitfires. Various shots of the two Sparrows in flight, and on an airstrip; also of ambulance, patient on stretcher party etc. Since the exercise was carried out with one stop mid-way, there is film of three separate airstrips.
