Summary: I. British Army Challenger I tanks, deployed as part of IFOR, move along roads (in Croatia ?).
II. Equipment is deplaned from RAF VC 10 and loaded into trucks, Split Airport, Croatia.
III. Temporary IFOR satellite communications station set up by British army. Radio trucks and satellite dishes are deployed. Interview with Corporal McNeil of the Royal Corps of Signals, who has been working largely with Territorial Army soldiers. Dish is dismantled by soldiers (possibly Territorials of 4th/5th Battalion the Royal Irish Rangers).
IV. Interview with Defence Platoon Commander of the Queen's Own Hussars at Dvulje Barracks, discussing the rôle of the Territorial Army on their six-month tour of Bosnia and Croatia.

The Vrlika Institute for the Accommodation and Rehabilitation of Children and Youths, Vrlika, near Sinj, Croatia: British soldiers help to finish construction of the institute, due to open on 15 May. Interviews with civilian aid worker about the refugee problem in Croatia, especially with the disabled and mentally handicapped and how the institute will help them.
