Summary: Road in West Belfast is sealed off by British Army and RUC officers using "Bearcat" personnel vehicles as a "Wheelbarrow" remote controlled device is unloaded and prepared. Soldiers stand by the roadside (a nearby tree has floral tributes attached to it). Foot soldiers patrolling estate climb over a metal fence using collapsible ladders. Wheelbarrow returns to vehicle. Second road is sealed off; RUC set up temporary roadblock as a ruined van by the roadside (shot of nearby tricolour sign proclaiming "Welcome to Republican West Belfast". Wheelbarrow is once again deployed, and investigates the ruined vehicle. Bomb disposal man (heavily protected) moves in. Close up of interior of the van after all has been declared safe. Army Bearcats and other vehicles drive off after the job is finished.
