The camera inspects the long rows of deserted tents pitched under trees in a secluded part of the New Forest (?). One or two commandos can be seen lying on camp beds sleeping and reading. Commandos in full kit leave camp for a parade in a nearby forest clearing. Engineers attached to the commandos place their equipment on the ground for inspection. Six commandos attach detonators to their No 36 and No 69 hand grenades.
