Description: The film starts with a collection of examples on how not to approach training a classroom of Naval cadets, focusing specifically on clarity, pace, volume, bearing, instructor / student relationship.

Film moves on to a TERM UPDATE, which shows some of the years highlights. A new studio on the RNSETT site being opened by Rear Admiral Frank Grinnier on 21 November of an unspecified year. Clips of appraisals, teaching and interviews. Office staff take on an assault course. An evening barbeque and social gathering around 1993.
A humorous, spoof documentary style production follows, celebrating the 1991 retirement of Chief Petty officer Geoff Hill, who has served 20 years at RNSETT, since it first opened.
