Summary: Members of 51 Squadron the RAF Regiment cross over the border into Iraq.
Description: I. Land Rovers gather at harbouring area and set off in convoy down road; shots taken from moving vehicle. Later, the convoy sets off across the desert towards the Iraqi border before parking up. Soldiers dig a shell scrape beside their Land Rover. Nearby, an armoured bulldozer nicknamed "Big Frankie" helps to create an earthwork.
II. Long shot of desert camp and of camouflaged positions. Tank in the distance. Cobra helicopter flies overhead.
III. Poor static shots inside Land Rover between 15:58 and 21:51 (taken by accident - nothing of interest).

Another convoy approaches with Royal Engineers vehicles and pauses: views of vehicles. Pan across desert from top of sand berm: white flag can be seen in the distance. Troops on berm at the Iraqi border; vehicles drive through breach. Final rest before crossing the border: water for tea is brewed in mess tin. US Army soldiers accompanying in Humvee: black woman soldier holds up two M16 rifles. Camera in Land Rover moving towards the breach in the berm: they drive through into Iraq. Shots on desert road as they advance, past ruined buildings and (at one point) two Iraqi civilians sat by their car.
