Summary: Scenes on board a US Air Force KC-10 Extender refuelling aircraft operating out of Prince Sultan Air Base, Saudi Arabia; it operates a "flying boom" refuelling system.
Description: START 00:00:00 Hatch in the floor is opened and a refuelling boom is lowered (aircraft is above the cloudbase, but desert can be seen through gaps). E3D Sentry aircraft slowly approaches below. Several unsuccessful attempts are made to connect the boom into the refuelling point on the top of the aircraft: close shots of nozzle and aperture as the aircraft connects. Various shots of the aircraft (which has the number "03" above the cockpit) as it refuels. The aircraft detaches and flies away below.

00:00:00 [Timecode reset] Hatch in the floor is opened once again and a refuelling boom is lowered. Evening sunlight is reflected on the boom. Zoom in on cockpit: pilot looks directly into the camera. Further, successful, attempt is made.
04:18:00 View through hatch showing boom at twilight. Lights of F16 can be seen approaching. The nozzle on the boom is illuminated as the aircraft connects. After it disconnects, a second F16 aircraft is refuelled.
