Description: General views of the desert; wrecked civilian vehicles lie on the sand. (These are going to be exploded as part of the training; their poor condition testifies to the fact that they have been blown up before). Earth mover excavates holes in the ground. Several CETs can be seen. Engineers lay fuse wire for the explosives. General views of the area and of the dugouts prepared in advance of the tests. A large tractor moves the wrecked cars into position; prominent in the foreground are the bleached bones of a large animal. Soldiers inspect one of the wrecked cars.
