Description: The film begins by explaining how this thriving village was once a trouble spot plagued by Communist terrorists, but after resettlement is a centre of new industries, prosperous agriculture and happy family life. The film also shows that the people are free to manage their own affairs, and have recently selected a local council to run their village. Land being developed for crops and rubber being produced. Scenes of the school (which the villagers themselves raised 60,000 dollars for), the Women's Institute; adult evening classes and various other smaller industries and activities.
